Pet Sitter Plus enables you to create user names and passwords for your staff so they can carry out their daily pet sitting duties. In this section you will learn how to grant a user with the role of "staff login" so that they have access to the staff interface for mobile and/or for desktop.

 

Navigate to ADMIN > USERS > ADD STAFF LOGIN


How do I add a staff login?
 

  • Click "Add Staff Login".

  • Select the appropriate member of staff from the staff drop down menu. If the required member of staff does not appear in the staff drop down list, you will need to create the staff member. Instructions to do this can be found here

  • Now add a staff login (which is the email address of the staff member).

  • Now add a password (which can be anything you like).

  • Note that if your staff member has already been granted administrator rights, then you must use the same email and password here (as you used when you granted them administrator rights).
