Navigate to ADMIN > SETTINGS > Staff Access > Allow all staff to update client data
Check the box "Allow staff to update all client data" to allow ALL your staff to have access to update client data provided that they have been allocated a service for the given client.
Access to update client data is granted;
Irrespective of whether staff are associated with individual client records or not.
Irrespective of any staff level security setting which is overridden by this setting.
