Navigate to ADMIN > SETTINGS > Job Feedback Settings > "Include Check-In/Out Data"
When clients are emailed a Visit Report (Feedback), you can choose to include the GPS recorded time and location settings when your staff sent the report from their mobile device.
If you choose to include this data, the client will be able to see what time your staff arrived to carry out their job, and what time they finished. The client will also be able to view a map with the GPS recorded location of your staff member when they checked-in or out.
NOTE: If you DO NOT want clients to see this data, you need to ensure that you un-check the Client Portal settings in Show Check-in Check-out Data as well.
How do I include the Check-in and Check-out Data?
Check the option to "Include Check In/Out Data"
With the “Include Check-In Check-Out Data” enabled, the client can click the link in their email notification, and it will open a GPS map location of where the staff member was when they check-in or out.
