Navigate to ADMIN > SETTINGS > Job Feedback Settings > "Job Feedback Email Signoff"

 

When clients are emailed a Visit Report (Feedback), you can choose to include a personalized message from your company to sign-off the email.

You can include​ certain merge codes to add to the personalized message as shown in the example below. The {CLIENT_PORTAL_URL} merge code has been used to add a hyperlink to the client's account.

How do I Change the Visit Report Email signoff message?

  • Type in your message to the panel by "Job Feedback Email Signoff"

  • Click "Update" to save your new message

The example message you can see in the email below is:

"Thank you for allowing us to care for your pet(s)! 

If you have any comments or questions about your pet visit report, please simply reply to this email. All visit feedback reports are available in your client portal, {CLIENT_PORTAL_URL}"
