Navigate to ADMIN > SETTINGS > Email Subject Settings > Job Scheduled Confirmation > Default Subject

 

Text entered will be used to populate the subject line of emails sent when an administrator schedules and confirms a service request created as a result of a client requesting services online.

 

Note that some merge codes can be used here, which means that information such as client references and invoice numbers can automatically be inserted into default email subject lines.

When a client requests services online, a “Job Request” is produced in Pet Sitter Plus. This screen is used by administrators to process job requests into scheduled jobs.

 

Once jobs are scheduled, a “Job Scheduled Confirmation” email is produced.

 

The default email subject entered in ADMIN > SETTINGS > Email Subject Settings > Job Scheduled Confirmation will be used to populate the subject line of this email. More information on Merge Codes

 

When a client requests service online, this email is produced The default email subject entered in ADMIN > SETTINGS > Email Subject Settings > Job Request Confirmation is used to populate the subject line.

 

Note that the merge codes used in this example have now been populated with the  start and end dates of the booking
