In this section you will learn how to reset a Company Administrator password. Only administrators have the right to reset passwords. However if you are an administrator and you have forgotten your own password you can request a new one - just Email Support.
To change a password click ADMIN > USERS from the menu.
Click the email address for the company administrator whose password you want to reset (note that this could be your own password or that of another administrator),
Note: if your user has both administrator and staff roles set up they will have two entries in the users section. You can click on either of their links to reset their password and it will be reset for both roles.
Enter a new password and confirm the password.
Click "Reset Password".
The password for the user you selected has now been changed.
Whenever you make changes to a user's password or settings, you will need to ask them to log out and then log back into Pet Sitter Plus, both on their desktop PC and/or mobile to check everything is working correctly.
