Navigate to ADMIN > SETTINGS > Company Information
Company Information (as shown below) can be changed at any time from this screen, including the main email address you want to use to receive copies of your company emails, and the information that will be populated in the important merge codes used throughout Pet Sitter Plus.

The “Name” field should contain the name of your company. Pet Sitter Plus will then use your company name is then available to automatically populate emails and invoices.
It is possible to have only one company email address in Pet Sitter Plus. Quotes, invoices and system notifications (like online booking and cancellation notices) are sent to this address.
If a client replies to an email that has been sent to them by Pet Sitter Plus (even if that email is sent via SMTP) it will be sent to this address.
Pet Sitter Plus supports a staff vacation management system. When staff book vacation an email is produced and sent to the address you enter into the “Vacation Alert Email Address” field.
This feature makes it possible to setup different “reply to” emails for different staff members. It is designed for businesses that operate departments run by different staff members.
The company phone number can be automatically included in any document, email or section of narrative in Pet Sitter Plus. Automatic inclusion of the company phone number is achieved by using a system of “merge codes”.
The “Address” field appears at the top of all quotes, invoices and account summaries.
