What do the Columns mean on the Diary Screen?
Jobs are displayed in the columns that match how your Diary Periods are set up, eg. Morning, Midday, Afternoon, Other.
By clicking on a job, this will take the staff member to the Client and Pet Details screen where they can view any feeding or routine information, and see alarm codes if applicable. Note: From the Diary screen, they can ONLY view the details of the clients whose pets they have been assigned to look after, NOT ALL clients.
If any "Staff Notes" have been added by the admin for the day's walk/visit, these can be seen situated directly underneath the Job Details.
If the sitter/walker has marked a job as "Acknowledged" or has "Marked as Completed", a checkmark or tick will appear in the first two columns of the job details.
