When a new staff member joins your organisation, you will need to:
Create a new staff record – see Add New Staff
Next you need to create a login so they can access Pet Sitter Plus – Add Staff Login
Send them instructions on how to log into the mobile platform, so they can carry out their work in the field.
How does a sitter login to Pet Sitter plus on a mobile device?
Enter the email address provided by their Admin
Enter the password
IMPORTANT: If the mobile is secure and always locked when not in use, the Sitter could use the option to "Keep me logged in". HOWEVER, as client details (usually including home addresses and alarm codes) are accessed via the mobile, it is essential that the phone locks the screen IMMEDIATELY after any activity.
The Staff member should be issued with your organisation's policy on privacy, securing devices and data protection.
