Once sitters/walkers have finished a job, they have the option to send a Visit Report (or Feedback) to the client to let them know about the visit/walk, report back any updates on the pet's behaviour or wellbeing, and also add one or more photos if they wish.

If the business has SMTP email configured, there is also an option to email the Visit Report to the client for instant feedback.​

How does a sitter create a Visit Report?

 

  • Tap the "Feedback" option on the job details.

NOTE: CUSTOM FIELDS may change the appearance of this page in PSP. See your Admin for more info.

NOTE: these options may be slightly different depending on how you have your Feedback custom fields configured.

  • Add your note to the client about the visit.

  • When finished editing the note, tap "Save".

  

  • To add a photo of the pet, tap the checkbox "Sending Photos?" and this will open up the gallery/camera option to add a photo to the Visit Report.

  • Tap "Choose file". 

  • Select a photo from the gallery, or allow access to the mobile phone's camera and take a photo.

  • If the photo needs rotating, choose "Rotate right" or "Rotate left".

  • If you wish to another photo, tap on the "Add 2nd Photo?" checkbox.

  • When you have finished editing the report, either tap "Save" again OR

  • If the option is available, you can "Save & Email to Client" to send the Visit Report in an email instantly to the client.

When the Visit Report (Feedback) has been saved and/or emailed to the client, a record of the date and time that it was sent is displayed on screen.​

The time/date stamp is also recorded for the Admin to see and the Visit Report can be viewed in the Schedule of the Client Portal as well.

  • Below is the Visit Report email that the client received from the sitter.

  • If the sitter has added "check-in" and/or "check-out" for the job, this is also included in the email, and the client can click on the "time" to open the location in Google Maps.
