Your staff can view and edit their own staff details, including:

  • personal details in their Staff Record

  • emergency contacts

  • preferred methods of payment

  • view their employment details including employment reviews

  • add their availability for work including days of the week and services undertaken

  • adding their staff home address map

 

You can also direct your staff to the User Guide for Staff for instructions on how to access the Staff Interface on a desktop PC and how to access Pet Sitter Plus on a mobile device.

Your staff can view and update their personal contact details, including adding a photo.

Adding emergency contacts is essential for staff to update regularly.

 

Pay Details >

An option to add up-to-date bank details for admin to refer to.

 

Employment Details >

Any official documents regarding employee or independent contractor status can be included. There is an option to record pay and employment review results.

Service Availability >

If required by your business, staff can record their availability to perform tasks on certain days of the week, on a service by service basis.

Map >

If an accurate home address is entered in the personal details, the Map will show a precise visual location of the staff member's home address.
