Staff members are provided with an area to include their preferred method of payment, including up-to-date bank account details. They may also be able to check the last date that their compensation was paid (if the business uses this feature). It is good practice for them to check this regularly so they ensure you have their most recent contact details.
Completing the Pay Details
They should enter as much information as they can in the "Pay Details" section.
