When your staff deliver the various services on their schedule, you need to ensure that ALL of the appropriate service items are monitored by the system and appear in the Staff Activity Report.

Therefore, each service that you want the time recording function to monitor needs to have the correct settings so that the information calculated produces the right data for your timesheet export.

Learn how to change the settings for services where you don't need to see a notification if they are not checked in or out on time.

Calculate Work Time >

Many services will require this function to be checked otherwise they may not be recorded correctly.

Nominal Service Duration (minutes) >

See how the "short service" notification is triggered if the sitter checks-out before the duration in this setting.

Add Travel Time >

If you wish to record and show travel time in the Staff Activity Report, this setting must be checked on all services.
