Navigate to ADMIN > SETTINGS > Staff Access > Hide teams, Show Backup Sitters.
When “Hide teams, show backup sitters” is un-checked, the SITTERS tab is hidden and the TEAMS field is reinstated in the client record.
The TEAMS option enables you to create pre-defined “teams” of sitters that can easily be associated to a client record. Additional access rights can then (optionally) be granted to members of the team.
In ADMIN > TEAMS you can create as many teams as you like and then assign the appropriate sitters to each team.
Sitters can belong to one or more teams.
Teams can then be assigned to clients, which effectively assigns the members of the team to the client record.
Additional access rights can be (optionally) granted to members of the team.
Teams are then assigned to client records as required.
At the time of scheduling services;
Staff assigned to the “TEAM” tab appear under the “Team” heading in the staff drop down list. This makes it easier to select an approved sitter for scheduling.
